For PLA and PETG, we can print models up to 500 x 500 x 500 mm. ABS and ASA can be printed up to 450 x 450 x 450 mm. PAHT-CF has a maximum size of 350 x 350 x 350 mm, and TPU is limited to 300 x 300 x 300 mm. If your part is larger than 250 x 250 x 250 mm, it is typically limited to black, white, and gray.

Each part is printed in a single color. For a multi-color result, you can split your model into separate parts and order each one in its own color.

We stand behind our work! If there's a printing error on our end, we'll reprint your order at no charge. If you're not satisfied with the quality, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund.

We print both! Our high-quality materials and precision printing make us suitable for functional parts, end-use products, and production runs. Many of our customers use our services for both prototyping and final production parts.

We currently offer support removal free of charge, and adding brass threaded inserts.

Currently we offer FDM 3D printing services of already existing files, and 3D modelling (CAD) services.

Yes! We offer volume discounts starting at 3+ pieces. The more you order, the better the discount. Contact us for custom pricing on large production runs or if you need regular supply agreements.

There are many online platforms where you can download 3D printable files to send us for printing. For free options, you can check out Thingiverse (thingiverse.com), Printables (printables.com), Thangs (thangs.com), MyMiniFactory (myminifactory.com), and Cults3D (cults3d.com). If you're looking for premium content there are CGTrader (cgtrader.com), Gambody (gambody.com) , and Pinshape (pinshape.com) . Simply download the STL, OBJ, or 3MF file from any of these platforms and upload it to our quotation system. We accept all common 3D file formats!

Yes, cancellation may be possible depending on your order's status. Please contact us immediately through our Contact page or at contact@eksaria.com with your order number, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. If your order hasn't been printed or shipped yet, we can typically process a full refund.

We don't charge VAT. EKSARIA uses the small-business VAT exemption (Article 90 of the Croatian VAT Act), so the price you see in the quoter and the cart is what you pay, plus shipping.

You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard and others), PayPal, Revolut Pay, Bancontact or Satispay. Checkout shows the methods available in your country. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and all orders are charged in euros.

Yes. Your invoice is emailed to you with your order confirmation after payment. If you need the invoice made out to a company, contact us at contact@eksaria.com before you order.

We typically ship standard orders within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. We currently ship only to countries within European Union and provide a tracking link for your package.

Shipping is calculated in the cart from your address and the size of your parcel. In Croatia you can choose BOX NOW parcel lockers or courier delivery, and to other EU countries we ship by courier. Shipping is free on orders from €40 with BOX NOW and from €50 by courier in Croatia, and from €80 to other EU countries.

We accept STL, OBJ, STEP and 3MF files through our Quoter, which gives you a price in a few moments and lets you order online. However, if your design is in another format such as SVG or AMF, please contact us directly.

Our prints typically achieve ±0.1 mm accuracy.
