The standard mesh format.
OBJ
Works well for detailed models.
3MF
Modern format with colour and unit data.
STEP
CAD format from programs like Fusion 360 or SolidWorks.
Limits
- Max file size
- 100 MB
- Per upload in the quoter
- Max print size
- 500 × 500 × 500 mm
- Build volume
- Min layer height
- 0.08 mm

Fix holes, non-manifold edges, and flipped normals if you can.
